Session details

The length of a session depends on your choice – one hour at least, in person or online. First, you expose your issue and I help you evaluate your SUD or Subjective Units of Disturbance from a scale of 0 to 10 (maximum).We can then actually begin the session, using the EFT technique (see my FAQ), according to your emotional state and “tapping” on acupuncture points according to an established protocol.

This amazing technique harmonizes body and mind and enables you to be directly connected to your sensations so that you can calm down if necessary and then talk effortlessly about your concerns. Other memories may rise up during the process. I am there to guide you to work on them until you are back to a stable emotional state : the session is over.
